Visa Information for Singapore

Tourist Visa

• A passport with a validity of minimum six months from the date of departure from Singapore

• One visa form 14-A appropriately filled and signed by the applicant

• Two recent colored passport size photographs having 80% face coverage clicked against a plain white background with matt or semi-matt finish

• Please note that one photograph has to be pasted on the visa form and signed across and second one should be affixed with gem clip

• A Cover Letter by the Applicant

• Leave letter from the company

• If the applicant is residing on any other address than whatever is mentioned on the passport, submit the proof of residence

• Official translations of the documents if these are not in the English language

• Visa is valid from 3 months to 2 years as per discretion of the High Commission

• Its processing time can take 1 working day

Visa Fees:

• Processing fee of the visa each application is $30, which has to be paid upon application of visas. For online payment, pay through the Master/ Visa, Debit/ Credit cards only. The processing fee is non-refundable

Important Notes:

• Every application will be accepted on its own merits. Possession of a visa does not grant you an entry into Singapore. Visitors should meet all entry requirements like holding a valid passport, enough funds to cover your stay in Singapore and confirm onward/return flight ticket

Business Visa

• Visa is not essential.

• A passport with a validity of minimum six months from the date of departure from Singapore

• A Cover Letter from the Company / Organization explaining the designation profile of the Applicant within organization along with his purpose of the visit

• A letter of invitation from the company in Singapore

• Inviting company in Singapore has to fill the form V39A, which is mandatory

• If the applicant is residing on any other address than whatever is mentioned on the passport, submit the proof of residence

• Official translations of the documents if these are not in the English language
